課程 Curriculum
本中心主要為夥伴學校中一至中三的學生提供「設計與科技科」、「科技與生活科」及「視覺藝術科」 三個課程；並為高中學生提供香港中學文憑選修科目，包括「設計與應用科技科」、「音樂科」及「視覺藝術科」。學生完成課程後，可參加香港中學文憑考試（文憑試）。現時共有八間夥伴學校及四十多間官立、資助及直資中學安排學生到本中心上課。
The Centre mainly offers Design & Technology, Technology & Living and Visual Arts courses for Secondary 1 to 3 students from our partner schools. Additionally, the Centre provides three elective subjects for senior secondary students: Design & Applied Technology, Music and Visual Arts. Upon completing these elective subjects, students will take the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSE). In total, eight partner schools and more than forty government, aided and direct subsidy secondary schools have arranged for their students to attend classes at our Centre.
設施 Facilities
本中心設有二十七間設備完善的教學場所，包括兩間音樂教室、三間科技實驗室、六間設計與科技工場、八間科技與生活室、六間視覺藝術室、一間陶藝室及一間窑房。於二零零四年完成了學校改善工程後，本中心添置了一個會議室、一個多用途活動禮堂，以及升降機，方便傷殘人士參與本中心的活動。二零一七年獲教育局課程發展處邀請合作，於本中心成立STEM教育中心，以配合推動STEAM教育的發展。中心設有一所「創客空間」，提供較先進的設備及工具，供接受培訓的老師借用，亦為學生安排與STEAM相關的學習活動，以提供更全面的優質教育。
Our Centre has twenty-seven fully equipped teaching areas, including two Music rooms, three Technology Laboratories, six workshops for Design & Technology, eight Technology & Living rooms, six Visual Arts rooms, one Ceramic Room and one Kiln Room. Since the completion of the School Improvement Programme in 2004, the Centre has been equipped with a Conference Room, a Multi-purpose Area, and a lift for the disabled participating activities at the Centre. In 2017, at the invitation of the Curriculum Development Institute of the EDB, a STEM Centre was established for promoting STEAM education. “Maker Space” provides advanced facilities and equipment for teachers to use as well as launching STEAM-related learning activities for students so as to further provide quality learning and teaching at the Centre.
